PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for UV protection and anti-aging is provided to suppress damage to keratinocytes and fibroblasts. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for UV protection contains 0.00001-1.0 weight% of pfaffia glomerata root juice and 0.00001-1.0 weight% of arginine PCA as active ingredients. The composition is used for suppressing neural cell injury and neurotransmitter secretion.
