PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress inhibition of blood stream, and press a stimulating electrode part to an inner wall of a blood vessel stably, in a medical electric stimulating electrode.SOLUTION: A medical electric stimulating electrode 1 comprises: stimulating electrodes 21, 22； a lead part 3； and an electrode support body part 2 in which linear elastic members 20A, 20B, 20C are combined thereby which is formed into a cage-like state whose diameter gradually expands from a tip end part 3b toward a central axis line O, and the stimulating electrodes 21, 22 are disposed on parts of the linear elastic members 20A, 20B, 20C. The linear elastic member 20A and the like comprise: base end side linear parts 20bA, 20dA and the like formed into a loop shape being approximately plane symmetric and facing each other while sandwiching a first plane； a salient state tip end side linear part 20cA and the like projecting to a side of a second plane； and a bent part 20hA and the like. The electrode support body part 2 is disposed so as to be rotationally symmetric around the central axis line O, and has a closed-loop state opening which can be extended and shrunk and is formed by crossing of the tip end side linear part 20cA and the like each other.【課題】医療用電気刺激電極において、血流を阻害しにくく、刺激電極部を血管の内壁に安定して押圧することができるようにする。【解決手段】医療用電気刺激電極１は、刺激電極２１、２２と、リード部３と、線状弾性部材２０Ａ、２０Ｂ、２０Ｃを組み合わせることにより、先端部３ｂから中心軸線Ｏに沿って漸次拡径する籠状に形成され、線状弾性部材２０Ａ、２０Ｂ、２０Ｃの一部に刺激電極２１、２２が配置された電極支持体部２と、を備え、線状弾性部材２０Ａ等は、略面対称なループ形状に形成され、第１の平面を挟んで対向する基端側線状部２０ｂＡ、２０ｄＡ等と、第２の平面の側方に張り出す凸状の先端側線状部２０ｃＡ等と、屈曲部２０ｈＡ等と、を有し、電極支持体部２は、中心軸線Ｏ回りに回転対称となるように配置されるとともに、先端側線状部２０ｃＡ等が互いに交差して伸縮可能な閉ループ状の開口部が形成されている。【選択図】図２
