The present invention relates to skeletal growth retardation disorders, particularly bones developed in patients who exhibit abnormally increased activation of FGFR3 due to the expression of a persistently activated variant of fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3). It relates to the prevention or treatment of systemic diseases.
