PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental instrument capable of swiftly removing a negative pressure state compared with a structure of flowing back exhaust.SOLUTION: The dental instrument includes a rotating body 30 provided inside a head part 11, equipped with a tooth treatment appliance, and rotating by air supply. The dental instrument further includes a lock mechanism configured to come into contact with/separate from the rotating body according to an amount of air supply.
