The present invention relates to providing of salt stress resistance plant by using MYB73 gene regulating salt stress of plant. Moreover, the present invention relates to a promoter of MYB73 gene (sequence number 2), an expression vector including the promotor, and a method for expressing foreign gene specifically to salt by using the vector. The promotor according to the present invention is used to derive foreign useful gene to be specific to salt stress to not affect plant growth and limiting the expression to salt stress. In addition, a plant transformed to a vector having the promotor according to the present invention bonded with GUS gene to be used as an indicating plant for environmental stress applied to plants.본 발명은 식물체의 염분 스트레스를 조절하는 MYB73 유전자를 이용하여 염분 스트레스 저항성 식물체를 제공하는 것에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 염분 스트레스 특이적 발현을 유도하는 MYB73 유전자의 프로모터(서열번호 2), 상기 프로모터를 포함하는 발현 벡터 및 상기 벡터를 이용하여 외래 유전자를 염분 스트레스 특이적으로 발현시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 본 발명에 의한 프로모터를 이용하여 외래 유용 유전자를 염분 스트레스 특이적으로 유도함으로써 식물 생육에 영향을 주지 않고, 그 발현을 염분 스트레스에 국한할 수 있다. 나아가, 본 발명에 의한 프로모터에 GUS 유전자가 결합된 벡터로 형질전환된 식물체를 제조하여 식물이 받는 환경 스트레스에 대한 표지 식물로 이용이 가능하다.
