PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-fermentive beer taste beverage in which the remaining astringency is extremely reduced and having crispy aftertaste though the total content of polyphenol is high, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a non-fermentive beer taste beverage in which the total content of polyphenol is 100 ppm or more, and including one or more kinds of masking stocks selected from the group consisting of cyclodextrin and thaumatin. Also provided is a method for producing a non-fermentive beer taste beverage including polyphenol partially purified or refined in such a manner that the total content of polyphenol reaches 100 ppm or more as raw material and including one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of cyclodextrin and thaumatin as masking stocks as raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
