PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod-shaped body gripping terminal device and a below-elbow prosthesis with this terminal device mounted thereto in which the inexpensive below-elbow prosthesis having high versatility and a simple structure is detachably mounted in the forearm amputation end extension direction.SOLUTION: A terminal device 100 is provided for gripping the periphery of a rod-shaped body 10 detachably mounted in the forearm amputation end extension direction of a below-elbow prosthesis 1. The terminal device 100 includes a hook 102 where the rod-shaped body 10 is penetrated from the direction being perpendicular to the extension direction and stored, and also formed of a substantially C-shaped inner edge.
