PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining site-specific recombination in a eukaryote.SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of: preparing a cell having first and second recombination sites, and bringing the first and the second recombination sites in contact with prokaryotic recombinase polypeptide to induce recombination between these recombination sites, where the recombinase polypeptide can mediate the recombination reaction between the first and second recombination sites, the first recombination site is a phage genomic recombination attachment site (attP) or a bacterial genomic recombination attachment site (attB), the second recombination site is attB or attP, and the recombinase is selected from the group consisting of a Listeria monocytogenes phage recombinase, a Streptococcus pyogenes phage recombinase, a Bacillus subtilis phage recombinase, a Mycobacterium tuberculosis phage recombinase and a Mycobacterium smegmatis phage recombinase.【課題】真核生物において部位特異的組み換えを得る方法。【解決手段】第１の組換え部位及び第２の組換え部位を含む細胞を準備すること、原核生物のリコンビナーゼポリペプチドと共に第１及び第２の組換え部位を接触させ、組換え部位間で組換えを起こさせることを含み、前記リコンビナーゼポリペプチドが第１及び第２の組換え部位間での組換え反応を媒介でき、前記第１の組換え部位がファージゲノム組み換え付着部位（ａｔｔＰ）または細菌ゲノム組み換え付着部位（ａｔｔＢ）であり、前記第２の組換え部位がａｔｔＢまたはａｔｔＰであり、前記リコンビナーゼが、リステリア・モノサイトゲネスファージリコンビナーゼ、化膿レンサ球菌ファージリコンビナーゼ、枯草菌ファージリコンビナーゼ、結核菌ファージリコンビナーゼ及び恥垢菌ファージリコンビナーゼからなる群から選択される方法に関する。【選択図】なし
