The present invention relates to an orthodontic device for moving maxillary teeth. The present invention corrects upper jaw molars and anterior teeth by moving molars and the anterior teeth forward and backward unlike existing orthodontic devices widening the palate portion, septum, and nasal cavity in a left-right direction. The present invention includes: a body (10) attached to a bottom surface of the gum of the upper jaw； a connection leg (20) having one end extending from the body (10) in connection thereto； a molar fixing portion (30) connected to the other end of the connection leg (20) and inserted into the molar； and a ring portion (40) connected to one side of a lower surface of the body (10). The body (10) is divided into a first body (11) and a second body (12).
