PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-like device which can be easily installed just by puncture, reduce a pain during the puncture and continuously measure biological components, a device for biological component recovery, and a biological component measuring system.SOLUTION: The device 12 for biological component recovery includes a needle body 21, a surface layer film 22 provided on the side face of the needle body 21, and a conduction hole 23 covered with the surface layer film 22. The conduction hole 23 is provided so as to extend from an inlet 23a on the end side of the needle body 21 to the distal end side and circulate and return to an outlet 23b on the end side. The surface layer film 22 has a dialysis hole 24 communicated with the conduction hole 23 on the distal end side of the needle body 21. A dialysate tank 13 storing dialysate is connected to the inlet 23a and a liquid feed pump 15 makes the dialysate flow to the conduction hole 23. A measuring means 17 measures the biological components included in the dialysate discharged from the outlet 23b, and a waste liquid tank 18 stores the dialysate after measurement.
