PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectangular shaped product alignment method and device for achieving sure variation operation with a simple mechanism and simple operation when a bundle of rectangular shaped products such as packaging bags is aligned with shifting of a desired amount, for example binding with shifting without overlapping of extraction parts, without collapsing the extraction part of the packaging bag with the extraction part which is formed into a rectangular shape.SOLUTION: The rectangular shaped product alignment method of the invention is configured to: load a bundle of rectangular shaped products in a rectangular shaped frame whose respective corner parts are pivots; then perform deformation driving of the rectangular shaped frame into a parallelogram; and sequentially shift end side positions of the plural rectangular shaped products by one side of the frame.
