A combined feeding bottle cap and toy comprising a bulging body having a frusto-conical inner shell, a cylindrical skirt extending downwardly of said frusto-conical inner shell, an outer shell enveloping said frusto-conical inner shell defining a space therefore, a liquid material including glittes and decorative objects provided in said space, a plurality of space apart U-humps provided at the top inner portion of said inner shell, and a dome tip provided on top of said outer shell.
