PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an artificial valve conduit and an artificial valve conduit manufactured thereby are provided to improve the lifetime and function of an artificial valve conduit by forming a valve in a gore-tex artificial blood vessel. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an artificial valve conduit is as follows. Inner circumference of a conduit section(110) facing the outside is surrounded with a valve part(120). The long side(122) of the valve part is welded to the opening edge of the conduit section. Three valve leaflets(130) are formed by welding the plane(124) of the valve part to three spots of the conduit section in the axial direction of the conduit section. The conduit section is flipped again so that the outer circumference thereof can face the outside.본 발명은 고어프리클루드 심막(GORE PRECLUDE pericardial membrane, ePTFE membrane)으로 만든 판막을 고어텍스 인조혈관(GORE-TEX vascular grafte, ePTFE vascular graft)내에 설치하여 인공 판막도관을 제조하는 방법과 그 제조방법에 의해 제조된 인공 판막도관에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은(a) 내주면이 외부를 향하도록 뒤집혀진 도관부의 상기 내주면을 판상의 판막부로 둘러싸는 단계； (b) 상기 판막부의 장변부를 상기 도관부의 개구부 테두리에 접합하는 단계； (c) 상기 판막부의 면부를 상기 도관부의 축방향을 따라 상기 도관부에 3개소에 접합하여 3개의 판막엽을 형성하는 단계； 및 (d) 상기 도관부의 외주면이 외부를 향하도록 상기 도관부를 뒤집는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 판막도관의 제조방법과 이에 의해 제조된 인공 판막도관을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면 도관부를 절개하지 않고도 판막의 형성이 가능하기 때문에 제조된 인공 판막도관의 파열가능성을 현저하게 줄일 수 있으며, 인공 판막도관에 주름이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있어 원활한 혈류를 가능토록 한다는 효과가 있다.
