A medical device, a medical product, and a research and experiment sterilizing item are sterilized and disinfected by using high temperature and high pressure vapor, and an inner die in which a treatment object is disposed is made to ascend and descend at the outside of a container by using magnetic force at the outside of the container. Thus, a handler can be protected.
