The present invention relates to a fish cake forming frame, which allows fish cakes to be formed in various shapes and easily introduced into a deep-frying vessel in fish cake processing. The fish cake forming frame comprises: a frame base formed in the shape of a board； a base handle protruding from one side of the frame base； a fish cake frame provided on top of the frame base to be elastically lifted by an elastic lifting means and including a fish cake forming hole at the center thereof； a fish cake lift board provided on an upper surface of the frame base and protruding in an identical shape as the fish cake forming hole of the fish cake frame, so as to support a fish cake filled in the fish cake forming hole and lift the fish cake filled therein； and a fish cake lift arm hinged to an upper surface on the side opposite to the base handle of the frame base, including a frame press unit, in the center thereof, pressing an upper end of the fish cake frame elastically lifted, and including a handle corresponding to the base handle. Accordingly, the present invention serves to allow fish cakes to be formed in various shapes and the formed fish cakes to be easily introduced into the deep-frying vessel.본 발명은 어묵 제조틀에 관한 것으로서, 어묵가공에 있어서 어묵을 다양한 형상으로 만들고 이를 튀김조에 쉽게 투입할 수 있도로 함을 목적으로 한 것이다.즉, 본 발명은 어묵 제조틀에 있어서, 판상으로 형성되는 틀베이스와 상기 틀베이스의 일측에 돌출구비되는 베이스손잡이, 상기 틀베이스의 상부에 탄성리프팅수단에 의하여 탄성 리프팅되게 구비되며 중앙에 어묵성형공이 형성된 어묵틀, 상기 틀베이스의 상면에 어묵틀의 어묵성형공과 동일한 형상으로 형성되어 돌출되어 어묵성형공에 채워진 어묵을 지지하고 채워진 어묵을 리프팅시키는 어묵리프트판, 상기 틀베이스의 베이스손잡이 반대 측 상면에 힌지 결합되어 중앙부에 탄성 리프팅된 어묵틀의 상단을 가압하는 틀가압부를 형성하며 베이스손잡이에 대응하여 핸들손잡이를 형성한 어묵리프트암으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.따라서, 본 발명은 어묵가공에 있어서 어묵을 다양한 형상으로 만들 수 있는 효과와 성형된 어묵을 튀김조에 쉽게 투입할 수 있는 효과를 갖는 것이다.
