PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification device and a blood purification system capable of easily changing arbitrary parameters on dewatering, fluid replacement, a filtration rate, etc. and improving operability.SOLUTION: A blood purification device 1 includes a blood circuit 3, a blood purifier 4, a dewatering pump 10 capable of performing dewatering by filtration for a patients blood extracorporeally circulating in the blood circuit 3, a dialyzing fluid supply line L8 for performing fluid replacement for the patients blood extracorporeally circulating in the blood circuit 3, setting means 14 for setting parameters on the dewatering by the dewatering pump 10, and the fluid replacement by the dialyzing fluid supply line L8, and calculation means 15 for calculating a filtration rate based on the parameters set by the setting means 14.
