To prevent a log generated in a radiographic apparatus from being lost.SOLUTION: In a radiographic system which includes a radiographic apparatus and a communication unit providing communication connection of the radiographic apparatus, the radiographic apparatus transmits a radiographic image obtained by imaging to an imaging control device via communication connection provided by the communication unit, generates a log, and stores the log in a log storage unit, and upon occurrence of a predetermined event requiring update of the log, transmits the log stored in the log storage unit to the imaging control device via the communication connection provided by the communication unit.
