The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for pulmonary delivery which is a dry powder containing porous carrier particles and active agent particles. The porous carrier particles and the active agent particles form a regular mixture of respirable aggregates useful for treating diseases of the lung. The active agent particles may comprise one, two, three or more active ingredients.
