The present invention relates to the Bacillus subtilis KBC1010 strain and to a composition for controlling plant pathogens containing a culture broth of same as an active ingredient. More specifically, the Bacillus subtilis KBC1010 strain, which has been isolated from soil, can be used to advantage as an environmentally friendly composition which: exhibits outstanding antifungal activity against diverse plant pathogens including the turf-damage-inducing pathogen Rhizoctonia solani AG-2-2(IV)； is less toxic than existing synthetic organic agrochemicals and does not cause damage to ecosystems, people and animals； and can control organisms pathogenic to turf and other plants.La présente invention concerne la souche KBC1010 de Bacillus subtilis et une composition permettant de lutter contre les agents pathogènes des plantes contenant un bouillon de culture de ladite souche en tant que principe actif. Plus précisément, la souche KBC1010 de Bacillus subtilis, isolée à partir du sol, peut être utilisée de façon tout à fait avantageuse en tant que composition respectueuse de l'environnement présentant une remarquable activité antifongique contre divers agents pathogènes des plantes et, notamment, contre l'agent pathogène du gazon Rhizoctonia solani AG-2-2(IV) ； est moins toxique que les substances agrochimiques organiques de synthèse existantes et n'est nocive ni pour les écosystèmes, ni pour les êtres humains, ni pour les animaux ； et peut permettre de lutter contre les organismes pathogènes du gazon et d'autres plantes.본 발명은 바실러스 서브틸리스 KBC1010 균주 및 이의 배양액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 식물 병원균 방제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 토양으로부터 분리한 바실러스 서브틸리스 KBC1010 균주가 잔디 병해를 유발하는 병원균인 라이족토니아 솔라니 에이지 -2-2( IV) [Rhizoctonia solani AG-2-2( IV) ]을 포함하는 다양한 식물 병원균에 대해 우수한 항진균활성을 나타내며， 기존의 유기합성 농약과 비교하여 독성이 적어， 생태계와 인축에 해를 주지 않고， 잔디 및 기타 식물 병원균을 방제할 수 있는 친환경 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
