The fixing device (20, 120, 220) includes a housing (22, 122, 222), a first fixing unit (30) associated with the housing (22, 122, 222) and configured to be fixed to the supportive vehicle (100), a flexible unit (23) having a first end and a second end (25), a retractor mechanism for the flexible unit (23), wherein the retractor mechanism is provided in the housing (22, 122, 222), and the first end of the flexible unit (23) is fixed to said retractor mechanism, and a secure element provided at the second end and configured to fix the supportive vehicle (100).
