The disclosure relates to methods of treating systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, and myositis comprising the administration of an anti-interferon-alpha antibody. Specifically, the disclosure provides weight-based and fixed dose administration regimes based on pharmacokinetic characteristics.
