An aeration system for aerating particulate materials disposed in a storagebin is provided. Aplurality of elongated hollow wall aerators is provided. Each wall aerator isdisposed inside thestorage bin having a substantially vertical orientation and is mountedadjacent to an insidesurface of a wall of the storage bin. Each wall aerator has at least anopening for transmitting airfrom inside the wall aerator to the particulate materials. Each of a pluralityof convection airinlets is connected to a bottom portion of a respective wall aerator. Eachconvection air inletprovides outside air to the respective wall aerator through a respectiveopening disposed in abottom portion of the storage bin using natural convection.
