A manufacturing method of the cosmetic composition comprises a step of preparing a mixture A, a mixture B, and a mixture C； a step of putting the mixture A into a mixer； and a step of stirring the mixer while injecting the mixture B into the mixer. The mixture A comprises the cyclomethicone, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone, lecithin, isopropyl myristate, dimethicone, and cyclomethicone/dimethicone. The mixture B comprises the dimethicone. purified water, glycerin, and acrylate/palmes-25 acrylate copolymer.
