PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain activation apparatus that can increase blood volume in a brain without taking a drug that must be orally ingested.SOLUTION: A brain activation apparatus 100 includes a housing 101 including a housing body 102 and a ceiling part 120. The housing body 102 includes a water tank 103, a water supply pump 104, and a control device 106 thereinside, and also includes a work table 110 on the upper surface thereof. The work table 110 is formed to hold a planter P for cultivating a plant V. The ceiling part 120 holds an LED light source body 130 provided with LEDs, each of which emits red, blue, or white light from above the work table 110.
