The present invention relates to development of system for solubilizing a salicylic acid derivative which is insoluble in water, and to a high functionality cosmetic composition containing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system which increases percutaneous absorption rate, by solubilizing a salicylic acid derivative using hydrotrope which is a low molecular complex such as urea or sodium salicylate. The present invention further relates to a high functionality cosmetic composition which is effective in acne and atopy, and contains the salicylic acid derivative.본 발명은 물에 난용성인 살리실산 유도체의 가용화시스템 개발과 이를 함유한 고기능성 화장품 조성물에 관한 것으로, 살리실산 유도체를 요소나 소듐살리실레이트 등 저분자복합체인 하이드로트로프를 이용하여 가용화하여 경피흡수를 증가시킨 시스템이고 이를 함유한 여드름, 아토피 등 고기능성 화장품 조성물에 관한 것이다.
