To perform non-ductile type antiglaucoma operation, a conjunctival incision is made, a superficial scleral flap is formed with a base to a limb, flap deflection, formation and removal of deep scleral flap together with external wall of Schlemm's canal, exposing zone of adjoining Descemet's membrane, laying of drainage under flap relative to limb, covering of drainage by flap and fixing of flap to scleral bed. Drainage is laid on the scleral bed under the flap near its base parallel to the limb so that the ends of the drain extend from both sides beyond the flap edges, and the flap is anchored to the scleral bed in the middle of the superficial flap outside the drainage area.EFFECT: method improves efficiency of performed operation due to obtaining good hypotensive effect, reduces time of operation due to reduced number of performed manipulations, promotes prevention of adhesive process and slows down scarring process by shifting drainage under scleral flap with natural massage by moving upper eyelid, opens the possibility for more accurate manipulations with flap if it is necessary to perform "niddling" due to good visualization of flap edges.1 cl, 2 exИзобретение относится к области медицины, а именно к офтальмологии. Для выполнения антиглаукомной операции непроникающего типа проводят выполнение конъюнктивального разреза, формирование поверхностного склерального лоскута основанием к лимбу, откидывание лоскута, формирование и удаление глубокого склерального лоскута вместе с наружной стенкой шлеммова канала, обнажение зоны прилегающей десцеметовой мембраны, укладывание дренажа под лоскут относительно лимба, накрывание дренажа лоскутом и подшивание лоскута к склеральному ложе.
