The present invention relates to tetrahydroisoquinolinone derivatives of formula (I), pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same and the use of these derivatives in the inhibition of the Hsp70 protein. The compounds are useful in the treatment of cancer, autoimmune diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease and psoriasis. In formula (I) R1, R2 and R3 are optionally substituted phenyl, pyridinyl or pyrimidinyl R4 is hydrogen or alkyl R5 is halogen, hydroxy, alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, haloalkoxy, nitro or -NR6 R7 R6 and R7 are hydrogen or alkyl R8 is alkyl and m is an integer of 0 to 3.La présente invention concerne des dérivés de tétrahydroisoquinolinone de formule (I), des compositions pharmaceutiques les comprenant et lutilisation de ces dérivés dans linhibition de la protéine Hsp70. Les composés sont utiles dans le traitement du cancer, de maladies auto-immunes, de la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, de la maladie inflammatoire intestinale et du psoriasis. Dans la formule (I), R1, R2 et R3 représentent phényle, pyridinyle ou pyrimidinyle éventuellement substitués R4 représente hydrogène ou alkyle R5 représente halogène, hydroxy, alkyle, alcoxy, halogénoalkyle, halogénoalcoxy, nitro ou -NR6 R7 R6 et R7 représentent hydrogène ou alkyle R8 représente alkyle et m vaut un nombre entier de 0 à 3.
