A hunters tree stand has a longitudinally adjustable main frame, a standing platform suspended from the main frame, a seat, and a collapsible canopy cover pivotally engaged with the main frame. The main frame has two parallel rails and a plurality of cross bars extending transversely between the rail. An archery bow holder and a pair of gun holders are detachably supported by the rails. The standing platform is attached to the rails using telescoping struts.
