PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zirconium alloy that is low in elastic modulus, and a bone anchor that prevents the occurrence of stress shielding.SOLUTION: A zirconium alloy comprises Nb of 8 mass% or more and 11 mass% or less, and at least one of Sn and Al of 1 mass% or more and 5 mass% or less in total, with the balance substantially being Zr, where an αphase is the main phase.
