PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lancet less susceptible to mishandling which causes a cap to be removed before the lancet is mounted to a puncture instrument body.SOLUTION: A lancet 100 includes: a puncture body 101 to which a puncture needle 104 is attached； a case 102 for accommodating the puncture body 101； a cap 103 which covers the puncture needle 104 and can be removed when rotated； and a removal restriction part 105 which restricts the removal of the cap when the lancet is not mounted to the puncture instrument body. The removal restriction part 105 is a rotation restriction part which moves from a restricted position to restrict the rotation of the cap 103 to a canceled position in which the restriction of rotation is canceled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】穿刺器具本体に装着する前にキャップを外してしまう誤使用が生じにくいランセットを実現できるようにする。【解決手段】ランセット１００は、穿刺針１０４が取り付けられた穿刺体１０１と、穿刺体１０１を収容するケース１０２と、穿刺針１０４を覆い、回転させることにより取り外すことができるキャップ１０３と、穿刺器具本体に装着されていない状態において、前記キャップの取り外しを規制する取り外し規制部１０５とを備えている。取り外し制部１０５は、穿刺器具本体に装着した際に、キャップ１０３の回転を規制する規制位置から、回転の規制が解除された解除位置へ移動する回転規制部である。【選択図】図１
