The stretchable laminate of the present invention includes: an elastomer layer； and a non-woven fabric layer arranged on at least one side of the elastomer layer, inwhich: the elastomer layer includes a plurality of layers； and at least one outer layer of the plurality of layers contains an olefin-based elastomer.
