The present invention relates to a composition for recovering the tissue, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises: heating a copolymer polymer for polymerizing a hydrophobic biocompatible polymer and a hydrophilic biocompatible polymer at the temperatures above the melting point of the polymer, and melting the same and manufacturing the formulation by mixing with water at the temperatures above the melting point of the polymer and stirring the same.
