PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to measure hair nature corresponding to hand touch feeling and to display the same.SOLUTION: A sensor device 12 is moved in an X1 direction by a step motor 30. The sensor device 12 has a sensor module 20, a rectangular base 13, an acrylic plate member 14, a rectangular sponge rubber member 15, a columnar support member 16, and a rectangular upper plate 17, sampler hair is held by the sponge rubber member 15 and a contact element 21.
