The invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to allergology and can be used for obtaining purified from nutrient medium biomass of microscopic Dermatophagoides farinae mites, applied for obtaining allergen. The method for purification consists in cultivation of Dermatophagoides farinae mites on powder of Daphnia. Growing was carried out in closed 500 ml beakers. Cultivation is carried out until complete exhaustion of nutrient medium with the following transfer of the entire mite mass into the next beaker without nutrient medium for a week. The procedure is repeated 4 times (4 weeks). The disclosed method was applied at the laboratory for production of allergen from Dermatophagoides farinae mites and can be used for purification of mite biomass in order to obtain initial biomaterial without admixtures of nutrient medium.Изобретение относится к области медицины, а именно к аллергологии, и может быть использовано для получения очищенной от питательной среды биомассы микроскопических клещей Dermatophagoides farinae, применяемых для получения аллергена. Способ очистки заключается в культивировании клещей Dermatophagoides farinae на порошке из дафний. Выращивание проводили в закрытых химических стаканах объемом 500 мл. Культивирование проводят до полного истощения питательной среды и затем всю массу клещей переносят в следующий стакан без питательной среды на неделю. Эту процедуру повторяют 4-кратно (4 недели). Предлагаемый способ применен в лаборатории для производства аллергена из клещей Dermatophagoides farinae и может быть использован для очистки биомассы клещей с целью получения исходного биоматериала без примесей питательной среды.
