摘要：: The methods and compositions described herein allow hematopoietic stem cells to modulate histone methylation； inhibit TGFβ signaling； inhibit p38 signaling； activate classical Wnt signaling； and regulate histone acetylation. It relates to the generation, expansion, enrichment and / or maintenance of hematopoietic stem cells ex vivo by treatment with an agent exhibiting two or more selected effects.
