In addition to monitoring the stability of the position of the eye during irradiation, the positioning of the pupil position by a group of digital video cameras is introduced into the composition of the positioning stage by visualizing the position of the isocenter of the beam unit and the coordinate system of the positioner. According to the readings of digital video cameras, the head of the positioner is rotated around the beam axis to bring the line connecting the pupils of the eyes to a horizontal position. Rotation of the patient's head immobilized in the headholder around the beam axis adjusts the position of the patient's eye to the readings of digital video cameras. System of four video cameras is used, two of which, directed towards each other, are made with the possibility of positioning with the visualization of the isocenter of the beam unit and the coordinate system of the positioner while simultaneously controlling with the help of two other cameras the direction of gaze and changing the position of the eye during irradiation with precise positioning of the right or left eye according to the position of the pupil.
