PURPOSE: A PAUF-specific aptamer and a composition containing the same for treating pancreatic cancer are provided to ensure high affinity and specificity without toxicity and immunogenicity. CONSTITUTION: A PAUF(pancreatic adenocarcinoma up-regulated factor)-specific aptamer P12FR2 has a base sequence of sequence number 4. The aptamer is deformed to have RNase resistance by: substituting -OH group at 2' carbon site of saccharide structure in one or more nucleotide into -Me(methyl), -OMe, -NH_2, -F(fluorine), -O-2-methoxyethyl -O-propyl, -O-2-methylthioethyl, -O-3-aminopropyl, -O-3-dimethyl aminopropyl, -O-N-methyl acetate amido, or -O-dimethyl amidooxyethyl； substituting oxygen in a saccharide structure in the nucleotide into sulfur； and phosphorothiate, borano phosphate, or methyl phosphonate bond. A composition for treating cancer contains PAUF-specific aptamer P12FR2.본 발명은 PAUF 특이적 앱타머 및 이를 포함하는 췌장암 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 본 발명에 따른 PAUF 특이적 앱타머는 높은 친화도 및 특이성을 가지고 PAUF에 결합하며, 체내 투여시 독성 및 면역원성이 거의 없고, 또한 이종 이식 동물 모델을 이용한 실험 결과 등을 볼 때, 우수한 췌장암 치료 효과 뿐 아니라 적절한 치료제가 없는 췌장암 치료를 위해 유용하게 사용될 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
