The present invention relates to a correcting walker comprising: a corrector body (10) having, at both ends thereof, handle rods (12) arranged parallel to each other, and a pair of footrests (14) arranged to rotate about an axis that is formed in the lengthwise direction of the footrests (14) a walk-correction unit (20) including a fixed correction plate (22) interposed between the pair of footrests (14), and movable correction plates (24) arranged at the point parallel to the fixed correction plate (22) with the footrests(14) interposed between the movable correction plates (24) such that the spacings between the movable correction plates (24) and the fixed correction plate (22) can be adjusted and a walk guide unit (30) including a guide rod (32) arranged so as to slide in the lengthwise direction of the footrests (14) on the corrector body (10), and a pelvis correction unit (34) and movable handles (36) arranged on the guide rod (32). Thus, the correcting walker of the present invention is configured such that a walk-correction plate and a step-correction plate guide the walk direction and step of the legs of a patient. To this end, patients who lost their ability to correct their posture due to the poor development of their motor skills or motor nerve damage caused by brain injury may improve their kinesthetic sense for a correct posture through repeated rehabilitation training and correct their walking posture. Particularly, the footrests of the present invention are capable of rotating so as to provide an environment suitable for users with severe cavus, thus widely extending the range of the rehabilitation object.
