PURPOSE: A method for evaluating vascular aging using the frequency domain analysis of pulse waves is provided to eliminate an inflection point appearing in a waveform of a pulse wave according to time by analyzing photoplethysmogram in a frequency domain.CONSTITUTION: A pulse wave is detected according to times(S71). The pulse wave is changed to a digital signal(S75). The pulse wave converted to the digital signal is changed to a frequency domain(S77). The pulse wave converted to the frequency domain is standardized(S79). Each power data of peak values according to an age is detected for the peak values of a standardized pulse wave(S81). Regression analysis about the power data is performed.
