PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container suitable for storing powder materials and granular materials, which is configured to allow stored objects to be exhausted so that the objects can be easily measured with an attached measuring tool, secure a part into which excessively exhausted contents are returned, and further make it hard for moisture to enter a container main body side and allow the stored objects to be easily exhausted and returned.SOLUTION: An extract port 13 and a stored-object return port 16 are continuously opened in a top plate part 8 of a cap main body 1. In the extract port 13 is provided a baffle plate 14 that narrows a passing part 15 for stored objects which pass through the extract port 13 when exhausting the stored objects.
