A stabilized pharmaceutical composition comprising azilsartan, amlodipine or a salt thereof, and an antioxidant or trehalose, in particular, the pharmaceutical composition comprises stearin in a granule of the azilsartan. It contains acid and the amlodipine powder or granulate is a mixture with magnesium stearate and is in the form of a single layer tablet.
