The present invention is directed to methods for treating cancer, preferably a solid tumor or hematological malignancy, including for example pancreatic cancer, lung cancer (including but not limited to non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)), prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, melanoma or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of co-therapy comprising, consisting or consisting essentially of (a) a small molecule CSF-1R inhibitor and (b) an agonistic antibody that binds CD40.La présente invention concerne des méthodes de traitement du cancer, de préférence une tumeur solide ou une malignité hématologique, comprenant, par exemple, le cancer du pancréas, le cancer du poumon (y compris, mais pas exclusivement, le cancer du poumon non à petites cellules (NSCLC)), le cancer de la prostate, le cancer colorectal, le cancer du sein, le mélanome ou le lymphome non hodgkinien, comprenant l'administration à un sujet qui en a besoin d'une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace de co-thérapie comprenant, consistant ou consistant essentiellement en (a) un inhibiteur de CSF-1R à petite molécule et (b) un anticorps agoniste qui se lie au CD40.
