The present invention relates to a microjet drug delivery device including an elastic membrane having a concave part. The microjet drug delivery device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first space sealed after being filled with a pressure-generating liquid； a second space filled with a drug and connected with the outside by means of a micronozzle and a drug supply hole； and an energy concentrating device for generating bubbles by concentrating energy on the pressure-generating liquid in the first space. The first space is separated from the second space by means of the elastic membrane, and at least a part of the first space and at least a part of the second space come in contact with the elastic membrane.
