The catheter includes a shaft, a sealing balloon, a branch sealing element and a camera. The shaft has a distal end for insertion into the coagulated blood vessel of the patient's brain. A sealing balloon installed in the proximal section of the distal end is configured to seal a portion of the coagulated blood vessel proximally. The branch sealing element is installed at the distal end at the distal end of the sealing balloon and is configured to seal the branch located at the sealed portion proximal to the coagulated blood vessel.
