PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biopsy device surely obtaining piercing force of an outer needle by sufficiently securing the compression amount of a spring.SOLUTION: Since a spring storage part 47 for storing the spring 70 is provided to a slider 40 for holding the proximal end side of the outer needle 20 at a position where the center axis of the spring 70 is shifted in the vertical direction relative to the axis of the outer needle 20, the storage space of the spring 70 is not limited only to the rear part of the outer needle 20 and the long spring 70 of a large compression amount can be used. That is, by forming the spring storage part 47 in such a manner that the entire length L1 of the spring 70 is longer than a distance L2 from one end of the spring 70 to the proximal end of the outer needle 20, the compression amount of the spring 70 is sufficiently secured, and thus the piercing force of the outer needle 20 is surely obtained without using a spring with high elastic force. The spring therefore is not deformed in the lateral direction when compressed as in the case of using the spring with the high elastic force, and the spring 70 is smoothly restored at all times.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】バネの圧縮量を十分に確保することにより、外針の刺入力を確実に得ることのできる生検装置を提供する。【解決手段】外針20の基端側を保持するスライダ40に、バネ70の中心軸が外針20の軸心に対して垂直方向に偏位した位置にバネ70を収容するバネ収容部47を設けたので、バネ70の収容スペースが外針20の後方のみに制限されることがなく、圧縮量の大きい長いバネ70を用いることができる。即ち、バネ収容部47を、バネ70の全長L1 がバネ70の一端から外針20の基端までの距離L2 よりも長くなるように形成することにより、バネ70の圧縮量を十分に確保することができるので、弾性力の強いバネを用いなくとも、外針20の刺入力を確実に得ることができる。従って、弾性力の強いバネを用いた場合のように圧縮時にバネが横方向に変形することがなく、バネ70を常にスムーズに復元させることができる。【選択図】図4
