[Problem] To provide a nebulizer mesh selection method with which optimal therapy that is matched to the drug and the patient can be achieved. [Solution] This nebulizer mesh selection method is characterized in having: a step for a computer to acquire drug attributes； a step for acquiring the patient's respiratory capacity； a step for selecting the mesh corresponding to the acquired drug attributes and patient's respiratory capacity on the basis of a mesh selection table in which specific meshes are matched to combinations of drug attributes and patient respiratory capacities； and a step for outputting the selected mesh.[Problème] Mettre en oeuvre un procédé de sélection d'un nébuliseur à tamis au moyen duquel une thérapie optimale adaptée au médicament et au patient peut être accomplie. [Solution] Ce procédé de sélection d'un nébuliseur à tamis se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend: une étape d'acquisition, par un ordinateur, des caractéristiques du médicament； une étape d'acquisition de la capacité respiratoire du patient； une étape de sélection du tamis adapté aux caractéristiques acquises du médicament et à la capacité respiratoire acquise du patient sur la base d'une table de sélection de tamis dans laquelle des tamis spécifiques sont adaptés à des combinaisons de caractéristiques du médicament et de capacité respiratoire du patient； et une étape d'utilisation du tamis sélectionné.【課題】薬剤及び患者に合わせた最適な治療を実現できるネブライザ用メッシュ選定方法を提供する。 【解決手段】本発明におけるネブライザ用メッシュ選択方法は、 コンピュータが、薬剤の属性を取得するステップと、 患者の呼吸能力を取得するステップと、 薬剤の属性と患者の呼吸能力の組み合わせに対して所定のメッシュが対応させられているメッシュ選択テーブルに基づいて、前記取得した薬剤の属性と患者の呼吸能力に対応するメッシュを選択するステップと、 前記選択されたメッシュを出力するステップと、 を有することを特徴とする。
