The invention relates to an intravascular system for introducing and attaching an autogenous vascular prosthesis, comprising two stents, characterised in that it comprises a proximal stent (1) and a distal stent (3), located one behind the other, each of the stents being provided with at least two suture sections (5), attached to the stents, free ends of the said sections being located outside the lumen of the stents. The invention also relates to a method of attaching an autogenous vascular prosthesis.
