A process is described for treating explanted plants, comprising: a first selecting step, wherein at least one plant to be treated is selected among the explanted plants； a pruning step, wherein a pruning is performed for resizing the rooting apparatus and a pruning is performed for the aerial vegetative part of the plant selected in the first step； an immersing step, wherein the aerial vegetative part of the plant selected in the first step is immersed into a liquid paraffin for a time of a few seconds； and a cooling step, wherein the plant selected in the first step is cooled to adhere the paraffin to the wooden part of the plant to protect it from cold and wind.La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de plants déplantés, comprenant : une première étape de sélection, où au moins un plant à traiter est sélectionné parmi les plants déplantés ； une étape d'élagage, dans laquelle un élagage est effectué pour redimensionner le système racinaire et un élagage est effectué pour la partie végétative aérienne du plant sélectionné dans la première étape ； une étape d'immersion, où la partie végétative aérienne du plant sélectionné dans la première étape est immergée dans une paraffine liquide sur une durée de quelques secondes ； et une étape de refroidissement, où le plant sélectionné dans la première étape est refroidi pour faire adhérer la paraffine à la partie ligneuse du plant afin de le protéger du froid et du vent.
