An agent that inhibits the expression or activity of CCR4 for use in the treatment of a cancer patient having a solid tumor or a non-hematological tumor, said tumor comprising epithelial tumor cells expressing CCR4 in which the agent that inhibits the expression or CCR4 activity is: (i) an antibody that binds with CCR4； (ii) an antibody that binds CCR4 ligands CCL17 or CCL22； or (iii) a CCR4 antagonist.Un agente que inhibe la expresión o actividad de CCR4 para uso en el tratamiento de un paciente con cáncer que tiene un tumor sólido o un tumor no hematológico, comprendiendo dicho tumor células tumorales epiteliales que expresan CCR4 en las que el agente que inhibe la expresión o actividad de CCR4 es: (i) un anticuerpo que se une con CCR4； (ii) un anticuerpo que se une con ligandos de CCR4 CCL17 o CCL22； o (iii) un antagonista de CCR4.
