The purpose of the present invention is, in powder hair dye compositions that contain a percarbonate, to suppress deterioration of coatability in long-term storage and also to ameliorate hair stiffening after hair dyeing treatment. To solve the aforementioned problem, a powder hair dye composition containing (A) a percarbonate and (B) a water-soluble polymer compound is provided, characterized by containing, as the water-soluble polymer compound (B), microorganism-derived/produced mucilage or chitosan containing (b1) glucose as a constitutive sugar, and (b2) a starch. With this powder hair dye composition, it is possible to suppress reduction in coatability in long-term storage under high-temperature, high-humidity conditions, and also to ameliorate hair stiffness after hair dyeing treatment.本發明所欲解決的課題如下:在含有過碳酸鹽之粉末毛髮染色劑組成物之中,抑制長期儲存中之塗佈操作性的劣化,進而改善毛髮染色處理後的毛髪的僵硬。為解決上述課題,本發明提供一種粉末毛髮染色劑組成物,其中含有(A)過碳酸鹽以及(B)水溶性高分子化合物;前述(B)水溶性高分子化合物係含有將(b1)葡萄糖作為組成糖而含有之源自微生物的產生黏質物或是幾丁聚糖以及(b2)澱粉。基於該粉末毛髮染色劑組成物,可抑制所謂高溫、高濕之條件下的長期儲存中之塗佈操作性的降低,進而改善毛髮染色處理後的毛髪的僵硬。
